MY ADVENTURES IN NAPIER!!!!!

In the holidays my family and I went to Napier. It was stupendous! I am going to tell you about some things we did.

Have you ever looked a big Pufferfish in the eyes? Well I have because I went to the Aquarium and saw millions or even billions of fish! When we entered the Aquarium there was a conveyor belt. Me and my family entered the conveyer belt and saw lots of sharks, stingrays and fish. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. It was beautiful because you could see all kinds of fish like tiger fishes, cat fishes and other types of fish.The cool part was they were above your head.

SMACK! Al hit the jack and made it closer to his other ball. ”Darn it!” I said with frustration. We had played ten games and Al had won all of them! Al said “I’ll play one more game then I have to cook dinner”. I asked “Can I start?” he said “yes”. I clapped my hands together and said in my brain “please let me win please”. I rolled my ball with lots of love and….  “Yus”! My roll was perfect because my ball went right next to the jack.Then Al had his turn…. miss “No!” he shouted. After we rolled all our balls we went to see who was the closest. “YUS” I said with joy “I WON I WON” I said.

“Ouch” I said. I hit my finger with the hammer when I was hammering a nail into a piece of wood. Are you wondering why I was nailing a nail into a piece of wood? Well me and Georgie were making a Drying rack for the special plants we cut. The plants are supposed to lie down and relax so the sun can dry them. When they were dry we made women medicine.

I would love to go back and do lots more fun adventures in Napier. When I do come back I would like to see all the lovely frogs dancing in their fabulous pond!

This is a piece of writing I did in the holidays to send to my grandparents. I sent in to them because we had a nice holiday there and my dad said that my peas of writing is one of the best pieces of writing I've ever done.
